I started preparing taxes in 2004 out of my home. I took a leap of faith and created Renee's Tax Service (now known as R&M Tax Office). Helping small businesses and individuals get the most out of their return was my main goal. I wanted to help business owners avoid and overcome the struggles I endured when I wanted to start my own tax office. I quickly realized how under-prepared any business owner can feel regarding the accounting, taxes, financials and growth of their company because ‘taxes and business ownership 101’ wasn’t part of our education!
